For the last 24 hours I been trying to get a hold of support, I emailed them 4 times and even tried to reach them on ICQ I restarted my account after not using it for a year and only require a password for the database update and access to submit the galleries so please tech support, get in contact.

Hello, sorry for the delay! There is the same login info both for accessing our members area as well as in the submitter. Anyway, your new login info has been sent to your registered email and also 2 more days have been added to your license validity.
