profile question: email

hello,

must the email used in the profile be the same as the one used by the submitter and confirmer ?

i don't want confirmer to erase the responses by mistake.

Hello,

Yes, it must be the same as the one used by the submitter (and confirmer). Partner accounts are usually identified by you personal info, mostly by the email used and if you use a different email your submitted galleries could be rejected.

If you don't want the confirmer to erase the responses by mistake you can either leave a copy of all messages on your mail server;
or allow the confirmer to delete only those messages in which a confirmaton link was found while downloading. You can select any of the options in the confirmer > File menu > Options > Advanced.

Even if you leave a copy of all messages on your mail server while downloading you can additionally delete them from the server - after the confirmation process. In that case select the appropriate Delete... button from Edit menu (i.e. Delete Confirmed or Delete Selected). You will be then able to download all other messages to another mail client if needed or review them directly in the confirmer (double-click on its row to open it or choose View Message from the Edit menu).

You can find more detailed info in the confirmer (Help menu > Help).
