Importing standard TGP list from CS

Postby blueballs » Sat Sep 05, 2009 2:37 am

Hi ~ I was wondering if there was a way to import the TGP sites that I already submit to from CS to the Partner Requester so that I can apply for partner accounts at those TGP's. It would just be easier than doing it manually and I'm sure there is a way to do this. ie: creamextreme is already in CS and I submit to them, but they are not listed in Partner Requester, so if I wanted to get a partnership with them how would I do that via Partner Requester?

Hi, seems like there is no partner account needed/available for creamxtreme and that's why it isn't included in the Partner Account Requester.

But if you wish to add any other site to the PAR just proceed as follows:
1) Go to the PAR database (Database menu > Show) and choose Add Site from the context menu;
2) Select the site Type (TGP, MGP or TGP+) and fill out the Main URL of the site in General tab - it must be as same as the one set in the submitter to import its settings properly.
3) Click on the 'Import from CS' button at the bottom of the window, leave sites8.mdb selected and click Open .... This will auto import most site rules from the submitter, including the accepted categories, etc.
4) Next, complete the missing fields in the site settings - specific for PA requests , like e.g. the URL of the PA request form or the required number of sample galleries, etc.

The added site will then automatically appear in Step 3 and you can also let it generate for your new PA requests in the next steps....

Ok, got it thanks! Not quite as easy as I had hoped, but not too bad, just a little time consuming to add a lot of them. Thanks again for the help!

Many of them are already added so it shouldn't be so so time consuming, at least I hope so ;)
