A couple of things...

Postby pvtspanky » Fri Mar 07, 2008 12:37 am

I need to have someone reset my databases for both the TGP/MGP & Linklist submitters.

One of the sites in the database installed a trojan and I had to do a complete reinstall of all software. I have a idea of what site it is but I don't want to accuse anyone of anything until I am positive.

Last month, I made the minimum payout as a affiliate finally. When I originally signed up, I chose to have moneybookers as my payout method. I still have not been paid, and would like to change that payout method.

I have tried to contact support about both issues, and have not heard back.

EDIT: My user name for the software reset is simply "spanky". Thanks.

We have been running several anti virus/spyware applications and they didn't detect any... so if you discover that site please send me its URL... thanks.

Affiliates are paid on the 15th of the month FOLLOWING a month during which the account exceeded the 'minimal payout' you have selected.

Yep, we got your message regarding your db updates and it should be already solved but we didn't recieve any request regarding your payout. Anyway, you should be contacted by our payment office shortly (from the email affiliate@chameleonsubmitter.com).

Thanks for the fast support!

I sent a email regarding changing my payout method.

I have an idea of what site is installing the bug. I have a new firewall and antivirus running. When I discover what site is doing it, I will send you a private message with the details.

Thanks again.

Hmm... Maybe my emails are not getting through to your affiliate address? I sent another one just in case, and I private messaged you a copy of it here too.

Thanks.
