Yesterday i have make my first submission with you tool. It's very nice and simple but i have a defination question concerning 2257 compliant thumbs and galleries because I am not familiar to us-law.

If i understand it correct 2257 compliant thumbs and galleries = no hardcore.

Is hardcore only pictures you can see:
- vaginal and anal penetrations (explicit)
- pink shots
- cumshots
- penis?

Is that all?
Are all bdsm pictures without my posted points softcore?

There are other criteries for 2257 compliant thumbs and galleries?

"Whoever produces any ... film, videotape, digital image, digitally- or computer-manipulated image of an actual human being, picture, or other matter which .... contains one or more visual depictions made after November 1, 1990 of actual sexually explicit conduct .... shall create and maintain individually identifiable records pertaining to every performer portrayed in such a visual depiction."

As found at law.cornell.edu/uscode/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00002256----000-.html “sexually explicit conduct” means actual or simulated—
(i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(ii) bestiality;
(iii) masturbation;
(iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person.
